Vornkess provides lead generation services that help businesses find and connect with potential customers through various advertising channels. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Lead generation through social media platforms
• Lead generation through search engines
• Lead qualification and verification
• Analytics and reporting on lead performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the power and authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our Services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-qualified-lead model, with rates varying depending on the advertising channel used. Current rates are:

• $40 per qualified lead from Facebook & Instagram
• $50 per qualified lead from LinkedIn
• $60 per qualified lead from Google Search

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice to you.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within 30 days of the date of the charge.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by Vornkess, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our Services or any content, features, or functionality thereof.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services, user accounts, or computer systems
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from our Services
• Engage in any automated use of our Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON OUR SERVICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VORNKESS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vornkess, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to our Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.
